Zhang Keli, the General Manager and the Secretary of Party Committee of CNMC, and Tao Xinghu, the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and CEO of CNMCL, made an investigation and survey to Non-ferrous Corporation Africa Mining PLC (hereafter referred to as NFCA) on June 25 of local time.
On June 25, 2015 (Zambia time), Zhang Keli, the General Manager and Party Committee Secretary of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CNMC”) - the holding group of the Company (“CNMCL”), and Tao Xinghu, the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and President of CNMCL, came to Chambishi Copper Metallurgy Co., Ltd. (“Chambishi Copper Metallurgy”) - a Company under CNMCL built in Zambia for investigation.
Zhang Keli, the General Manager and the Secretary of Party Committee of CNMC, and Tao Xinghu, the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and CEO of CNMCL, made an investigation and survey to Sino-Metals Leach Zambia Limited, a Zambia-funded Company (hereafter referred to as SML) on June 23 to 24th, 2015 of local time.
The General Manager and the Secretary of Party Committee of CNMC, Zhang Keli, who was investigating and surveying at the African enterprises funded by the Company, and the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and CEO of CNMCL, Tao Xinghu made an official call to the President of Democratic Republic of the Congo, Joseph Kabila at the Presidential Palace at the local time June 22.
