On December 26, 2023, the Company held its Annual Shareholders' Special Meeting in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yang He, Chairman of the Company. The main agenda of the meeting included voting on the supply framework agreement and the treasury management framework agreement, as well as appointing Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler as the Company's auditor.
