On June 6, 2017 of Zambia local time, accompanied by Tao Xinghu, chairman of the board of directors, Zhang Keli, general manager of China Nonferrous Group of Holding Group Corporation came to China Nonferrous Group Luanshya Copper Co., Ltd. (China Nonferrous Group Luanshya for short) for research.

In the meeting, general manager Zhang Keli heard work report by Wang Chun, vice president of the company and general manager of China Noferrous Group Luanshya and gave full recognition to achievements by leaders and staff of China Noferrous Group Luanshya in quality improvement, efficiency increase, reform and innovation, reaching index and output of stirring leaching system and dump leaching output improvement in wet smelting plant. For the following work, general manager Zhang Keli put forward four requirements as follows: 1. Scientifically analyze and keep researching the problems in slag beneficiation, adopt effective measures to solve the problem in production stability and recovery rate improvement; 2. Recovery production of Baluba mine shall be based on the principle of benefit first, and attention shall be paid to social, political and economic benefit, while the profit and loss as well as cash flow balance point shall be measured carefully; 3. Stick to implementing policies comprehensively, emphasize in grade, recovery rate, dilution ratio and loss rate index control, further lower the cost from the beginning; 4. Further strengthen the talent team construction and give play to talent efficiency.

General manager Zhang Keli also field visited Muliashi strip mine and wet smelting plant.
