On June 25, 2015 (Zambia time), Zhang Keli, the General Manager and Party Committee Secretary of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (“CNMC”) - the holding group of the Company (“CNMCL”), and Tao Xinghu, the Deputy General Manager of CNMC and President of CNMCL, came to Chambishi Copper Metallurgy Co., Ltd. (“Chambishi Copper Metallurgy”) - a Company under CNMCL built in Zambia for investigation.

During investigation period, Zhang Keli listened to a report by Yang Xinguo, the Vice President of CNMCL and General Manager of Chambishi Copper Metallurgy on production and operation conditions in the first half of 2015 and main job arrangements at the next step, and listened to a report by Party Committee Secretary Li Rongting of Chambishi Copper Metallurgy on Party construction work, and visited the production sites of anode furnace and electric reduction furnace of Chambishi Copper Metallurgy newly completed and put into production. Zhang Keli fully affirmed the achievements made by Chambishi Copper Metallurgy, and hoped that Chambishi Copper Metallurgy can overcome difficulties and finish annual production and operation tasks well, and develop the market in Democratic Republic of the Congo on the basis of sufficient demonstration to expand the development space.

Responsible people of relevant departments of CNMC headquarters and Chambishi Copper Metallurgy also participated in investigation.
