On  December  13,  2013,  the  State-owned  Assets Supervisionand Administration Commission (SASAC) of the  State  Council  held  a  video  conference  on  social responsibility  of  central  enterprises.  During  the conference, the  winners  of  the  awards  for  outstanding and  best  central  enterprises  in  fulfilling  their  social responsibilities  were  made  public.  China  Nonferrous Metal  Mining  (Group)  Co.,  Ltd.  (CNMC),  the  holding group  of CNMCL,  won  the “Central  Enterprise Outstanding  Social  Responsibility  Fulfillment”  Award relying  on  its  “fulfillment  of  environmental responsibility and promotion of green development.”Liang  Boyi,  Assistant  President  of  CNMC, and  chiefs  of somerelevant departmentsattendedthe conference.
